Reviews and Ratings
I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The rooms were cheap, especially considering their proximity to the mountains and the balcony views, though heavy smoking on nearby balconies could be bothersome. The service, however, fell short with staff that were not very friendly or helpful, which was a letdown for single female travelers like myself. The location was unbeatable, right downtown and just across from the Tourist Office, offering convenient access to natural beauty, with the only downside being occasional loud music in the area. The dining experience surpassed my expectations, particularly the delicious traditional dishes cooked in the open kitchen. Overall, a mixed experience with some great highlights but also some disappointments.
The hotel rooms were rather small, especially the bathroom with the toilet in the shower cabin. Simple electrical modifications were needed, which I was assured were already in the works. Despite the size, they were clean. The room was very cold, even when the heating was turned on to the maximum.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and as pictured, but I found them very cold even with the heating turned on to the max. Despite being on the smaller side, they had AC and fast wifi. The service was generally good, although some interactions felt a bit perfunctory. The staff were happy to assist with most requests but seemed to have a limitation on one particular issue. The location was central with great amenities nearby, making it convenient for exploring. The dining experience was satisfactory with excellent food, although the breakfast room was a bit dark. Overall, the hotel provided a quality experience, but it had some areas that could be improved.
I was really impressed with this hotel! The room I had was so close to the mountains and had A/C, which was a huge plus during the hot summer days. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the bed was super comfy. I loved spending time on the beautiful terrace taking in the stunning views.
